HOOTERS is still in business and has been pretty busy the last few recent visits that I attended, on a Friday and Saturday night. I believe its on 53rd bet. 7th and Bway.

How about a sample of the book for your listeners? I'd like to find a restaurant where I could find a good steak, but not pay the prices of a Sparks or Old Homestead. I'd like to bring a group of four to six guys to celebrate my birthday. Any suggestions?

Do not schools like Cornell University (Hotel Administration), Johnson & Wales and the New York Culinary School teach customer service in their programs?
