The Israeli Government is correct in traeting its prisoners humanely. By educating them, there is the possibilty that when some of them are released they will be able to govern themselves (form an effective palestinian Government administration) effectively. Hopefully they will be able to learn that using violent means against the Israelis is only the path to use violence as a technique to rule themselves.
