On today’s Underreported, Gerald Martone of The International Rescue Committee gives us an update on the longstanding civil war in Northern Uganda, and the devastating effect it’s having on civilians. Then, IRC’s Shannon Meehan checks in with a look at the Democratic Republic of Congo—the country held its first free multi-party elections since 1960 in July, with a run-off election scheduled for October.
