Conditions at Guantanamo Bay

The vast majority of detainees at Guantanamo Bay have not been charged with any offenses. Many have been held for over 3 ½ years with no expectations of when they might be released. New Yorker staff writer Jane Meyer, who recently visited the detention center, and Michael Ratner from the Center for Constitutional Rights, join us for an update on the treatment of detainees at Guantanamo.
