Hispanic-Americans now constitute the country's largest minority group. On today's show, Leonard talks to New Mexico's Governor Bill Richardson. He's fast becoming one of the most important national figures in the Democratic Party. And in 2008, he could become the first Hispanic-American on a presidential ticket.
