Filmmaker Lucy Massie Phenix and Vietnam veterans Rusty Sachs and Kenneth Campbell look back on their participation in the 1971 documentary “Winter Soldier,” a film that documented the testimony of 125 Vietnam veterans who described the war crimes and horrors they saw on duty.
