Hart, Assistant Professor of Clinical Neuroscience in the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University, and a Research Scientist in the Division of Substance Abuse at the New York State Psychiatric Institute; as well as Jeffrey Parsons, Associate Professor of Psychology, and Director of the Center for HIV Educational Studies and Training at Hunter College.
