Liz Garbus’s recent documentary, “Girlhood,” tells the
coming-of-age stories of Shanae and Megan, residents of the
Waxter Juvenile Facility, home to Maryland's most violent
juvenile offenders. The film opens October 29th at the Quad Cinema.
