Seldes discusses the television game show "The $64,000 Question." He goes on to discuss book clubs - he notes a "new" book club from the Atlantic Monthly, designed for the more discerning reader. He notes that three of the books are advertised as having a touch of scandal. Seldes speaks generally about the paper back books trade and the ever-growing availability of these cheaper editions. This leads to a discussion of community arts centers.
