This Concert from the Frick Collection features the New York debut of Baroque Chamber ensemble Harmonie Universelle. Comprised of musicians from both Europe and the Americas, Harmonie Universelle takes a fresh approach to the sound of 17th and 18th century music, described as "simultaneously sensual and seductive, sensitive and homogeneous" by Diapason magazine.
This is one of the most beautiful concerts I have ever heard. It would be a shame if it was not recorded. I can't seem to find any recorded music by this group on cd to purchase. Can anyone help?
