'Tis the Season

Friday, December 21, 2007

At the top of our list is the most famous seasonal music of all, Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" (we focus on "Winter," of course!). Also featured tonight: Samuel Barber's "Must the winter come so soon?" and Valentin Silvestrov's "Winter Evening," as well as other chilly works by Nigel Westlake and Felix Bernard.
