    please point out these investors on teh call were highly sophisticated--they should be judged against that. This was not your Aunt Millie on the call.

    How is the SEC not on trial for Madoff and other scandals?

    What's the difference between blogging and journalism? In my mind journalism is professional and blogging is amateur, are there blogging degrees offered at NYU?

    There were fair warnings that not all was well in the subprime real estate market. Make these guys examples and put them behind bars! Then go after the big guys.
