The confirmation hearings for Sonia Sotomayor's nomination to the Supreme Court begin today. The Takeaway Washington correspondent Todd Zwillich is at the hearings and gives an update. Jami Floyd, host of Best Defense on on the legal News Network In Session, discusses what issues will be key during the hearings, and how this nomination will shape the court for years to come.
