2,000 and Counting

President Obama yesterday announced that the 2,000th stimulus spending project has been approved. Rick Newman, chief business correspondent for US News and Report updates the programs that are in motion. And WNYC reporter Matthew Schuerman has been tracking the spending here in New York.

    I'd take less sneering over more energy where the guest is concerned.

    And the funding of a highway or bridge construction project in any particular state is not "by definition, pork." Such funding attached to a bill allocating funds for, say, aids research in return for support of that bill is "pork."
