How much a factor is economics an issue?

Buying an ulcer medication sounds much cheaper.

For what its worth, i have no idea how much an abortion costs.

Here’s an interesting dilemma for abortion rights supporters--if abortion is not murder, then why would the whole issue of manslaughter come up for a self-induced, botched abortion?

Maybe the answer is abortion is a euphemism for murder.

What a shame that there is not more online discussion on this topic...

Although I understand why Brian and the guests were quick to say that the choice to have an abortion is ultimately up to the pregnant woman, I thought that the situation the caller mentioned (regarding the 16-year old young woman) was worth more attention.

It is my understanding that many so-called "abortion clinics" are actually fronts for various anti-choice organizations that claim to offer reproductive health services to women but actually go to great lengths to convince the women to bring the pregnancy to term.

Of course, these "clinics" do not provide any support/access to resources for these women (or their children) after the fact.

It is possible that this is the circumstance faced by the young woman mentioned by the caller. . .

Abortion is the worst type of murder for a baby is being killed.

I don't buy "this is my body". I can't murder a tiny being who is in me but it's a separate person.

Also, I'd like to hear about men. Why are they never mentioned when we talk about abortion? How can they walk away from pregnant women?
