I'm American but my wife it Czech. We plan to move to Prague in 2 years mainly because we want to bring up our 2 children and less commercialized society. We are also worried about long term issues like the environmental and the financial situation here.

Don't do it!!! I made that mistake three yrs ago, I went back to my country only to find out that New York is my home! After living in America for 24 years, you become an American, and it is impossible to adapt back to your original culture...It will be a huge cultural shock!

cheaper and less complicated health care probably figures into the mix. The USA has been the beneficiary of immigration for centuries; it is important that we take notice of this trend if, in case, it is real

I AM NOT GOING BACK. THE SHRINKING GLOBAL ECONOMY AND THE HUGE BAILOUT PACKAGE HAS IRONICALLY CAUSED THE FLIGHT TO THE DOLLAR AND NOT AWAY FROM THE DOLLAR. WHICH MEANS IN BAD TIMES AND IN GOOD TIMES THE US IS STILL THE PLACE TO BE. THOMAS POLISH IMMIGRANT
