What are they doing building infrastructure. Shouldn't they be using their oil winnings to buy US debt?
How 'bout we let all Americans who want guns, no taxes, no federal oversight, drive Hummers, have no interest in foreign policy, move to Dubai?
And we can start rebuilding our country together?
Well, you know what? Bye bye Dubai, if people think they can escape this "depression" they're dreaming and that dream will sooner than later become a nightmare.

I wonder how long those tall buildings will last on sand. After all that's what they're built on. The whole thing looks so wonderful and perfect, but can the land really support all of that?
How about the sweet deal NYU is offering to their professors if they agree to teach at theiy Dubai campus?
So what is the best way to get a job in Dubai particularly in Finance?
there's also an increasing demand for american teachers now that schools are opening both for rich locals and to support all the foreigners who moved there and now called for their families (w kids that need non arab/muslim educations).
