    favorite Obama bumper sticker:

    "Hockey Moms For Obama"

  • [2] Marsha Andrews from New York September 16, 2008 - 11:21AM

I'm most proud of my Obama umbrella! I can carry it nonchalantly (rather than wearing a button) and it's right there ... in your face ...with the large Obama logo. Plus ... it adds a sunny aspect to a dreary day.

This is great because a few weeks ago, I checked CafePress to see how much merchandise each candidate had. At the time, Obama was WAY ahead. The interesting thing is that a greater percentage of the "McCain" merchandise was actually anti-McCcain as opposed to a relatively small amount being anti-Obama in his category.

Talking Points Memo is selling t-shirts with a Pig with Lipstick on it...

  • [8] Blake from Los Angeles September 16, 2008 - 11:54AM

I loved the Shepherd Fairey posters of Obama - but they sold out!

I also got my sister an "Obama Mama" t-shirt.

  • [9] Adrian September 16, 2008 - 11:54AM

Favourite shirt in terms of cleverness I've seen has to be:

    NOBAMA

    Keep the Change

  • [10] Steve from Toronto September 16, 2008 - 11:55AM

Whats with all the MILF, VPILF, T-shirts for Palin on Cafe-Press?

I think I'm going to be sick.

  • [15] Cynthia from Brooklyn, NY September 16, 2008 - 11:56AM

my fav' - my Obama t-shirt with Obama in b'ball outfit body checking McCain. the Spike Lee shirt

  • [16] Gerard OSullivan September 16, 2008 - 11:56AM

I am a huge fan of this parody poster of the Obama "hope" poster. It is McCain laughing with the word "NOPE".

I get alot of comments on this shirt when I wear it out but it is a little dangerous because some people dont see the "N" in nope & think I am supporting McCain

  • [17] Robert from Manhattan at work in Times Square September 16, 2008 - 11:56AM

My co-worker, who is in her 60s, is wearing an "elitists for Obama" button, I thought that was pretty cool.

  • [18] Obi from NYC September 16, 2008 - 11:57AM

I saw a t-shirt a couple of weeks ago that read: "A real maverick picks his own veep" just after the selection of Sarah Palin.

  • [19] Amy from Manhattan September 16, 2008 - 11:58AM

I'm looking for an Obama button w/an environmental angle--haven't found it yet, but last week in Union Sq. a vendor told me he'd have one this week.

  • [20] eva September 16, 2008 - 11:58AM

  • [25] the truth from Atlanta/New York September 16, 2008 - 12:02PM

I can't believe how outwardly you display your disgust Brian. wow.

Anyways...my favorite t-shirt reads: "you can put lipstick on a palin but it is still a pig."

Someone wrote that in here couple weeks ago.

  • [26] Jack September 16, 2008 - 12:08PM

My favorite tee shirt - Obama with afro called Obama Soul - cool looking

  • [27] Vivienne Lenk from Little Neck, NY September 16, 2008 - 12:13PM

I like the "Jesus was a Community Organizer,

Pontius Pilate was a Governor," t-shirt!

  • [28] Sidwall Too from San Francisco September 16, 2008 - 01:23PM

How about "One House, One Spouse, Can Use a Mouse" - that's on Cafe Press too. So's "The GOP is Palin' in Comparison" Both good fun.

  • [29] A Neiman from Berkeley September 16, 2008 - 01:37PM

I just saw a new one on CafePress that's a parody of the Austin Powers Mini Me stuff. It's George Bush as Dr. Evil saying "Send in the Clone" with McCain as Mini Me on his lap. That says it all. LOL!

  • [30] Kelly from Park Slope September 16, 2008 - 02:25PM

    NoBama '08

Keep the change & Senator Joe Windbag...

  • [31] jawbone from Parsippany, NJ September 16, 2008 - 04:02PM

    How is "swag" pronounced?

I always thought it rhymed with "bag," but I thought I heard Brian use the "a" in "swab" as in "swab the decks."

"Swag bag" sounds better as a rhyming contruction.

What is it? I've never really received anything someone called "swag."
