will gen y's know who, old man, biden is?
Well since Vice-President Gore invented the internet, I suppose it's safe to attribute the utterly ground-breaking, technologically saavy use of..oh my gosh...text messaging to another soon to be failed Democratic Presidential candidate.
This perfectly targets the Perez Hilton and US Weekly reading demographic that form the core of the Democratic Party's young voters.
I hope they realize that on Nov 4th they might have to Tivo Gossip Girl and The Hills to go vote for their golden boy.
What is the website or what should we google to sign up for the text message?
Thanks!
I heard that the pollsters can't call cellphones so they can't account for the population that doesn't have a landline.
It sounds great, but the e-mail from the Obama campaign about the text messaging VP came nigh on the heels of the Georgia/Russia conflict.
It made their priorities seem a little out of whack. And he was on vacation, too.
This is how this segment should go:
Is texting his choice a gimmick?
Yes it's a gimmick.
End of segment
The Obama campaign is testing out their txt-messaging infrastructure for Get Out the Vote on election day. That's not a gimmick, its...hmm...what's that called...I can't remember after 8 yrs of GOP rule...OH YEAH: It's called "planning ahead". Or "preparing yrself". Or "going in with a plan". Sheesh.
