  zipped over to ben's blog. i support him.

  as for secrecy and online identity - this is how it is for me.

  i do want to protect my physical person and also my online person. so i don't want to reveal details online that i think might be used to hurt me, my friends, my family or in fact, anybody either online or in person. and my definition of /hurt/ is obviously my own and yours may be different and that's fine.

  1) The DA might have handled this better.

  2) Let us remember that the DA is investigating death threats that were sent to Jay Savino and Dawn Sandow. The letters, according to the Village Voice, mention that the person making the threats has been blogging against them and harrassing them on the Internet. So isn't it logical to for the DA to question the blogger who has been smearing them for over two years?

  3) It seems Smith has been milking this for publicity.

  Sounds more like the DAs office has been politicized just like the Justice Department in Washington since the subpoenas were withdrawn.

  What ever happened to triple-checking your sources? You HAVE TO make sure that the information is correct.
