this is weird, but on balance i would go with ben. his website maybe just needs a little design-tweaking. a /metropolis of resources/? not sure about that.

Ben's website asks for a "coupon code" for an additional discount, any idea what the WNYC code might be?

One of the great thinks about working at a Ivy League university was the tuition exemption benefit. I had to apply like everyone else, of course, and gain admission, but I have a degree now!

Thanks for the comments everyone! My name is Juliet and I work in Ben Kaplan's office. I wanted to respond to question above about a "coupon code" for Ben's books and CDs.

You actually don't need to enter a code because we just created a special discount (50% off the Scholarship Success Super Set) for WNYC listeners. This discount is automatically applied when you add the item to your shopping cart.

I won $30,000 in scholarshops towards my graduate degree. The financial aid advisor at my school told me I was his "poster girl". It takes work and time, but it is worth it. My daughter, a fresh graduate from high school has netted one scholarship so far, and is continuing to spend alot of time and work trying to get more. I thank you for another great resource.

  • [14] BL Producer from WNYC Studios July 21, 2008 - 10:16AM

[[BL Moderator Writes: Sorry about the website not working, but the problem appears to be on their end - our link is correct. We've contacted the City of College Dreams folks about the problem and hopefully they will fix their servers soon. Thanks.]]
