This guy deserves to be in jail for a long time!

Also where's the comments section for the current segment????????????

Of course immigration status should be checked by local officers, it's insane that it is not done. Here's how insanely PC we've become, many news agencies avoid stating crime suspects race when reporting!

I have to say I am immensely satisfied that Newark residents are finally seeing justice with this conviction. I am a lifelong Newark resident who like many others, was disenfranchised with politics and politicians because of Mayor James and those who kept him in office for so many years. The level of avarice shown by Mayor James, his administration and the council members who supported him was outrageous. I doubt that he will get jail time, but I sure hope he does, because these charges only reflect what he happened to get caught doing. There is much I feel Sharpe has done to enrich himself that he has gotten away with.

Enjoy the loving but don't do fraud! They should have just had their romantic relationship and got married to each other to express love not this. Now they can't even be together.

between the unholy trio of Marion Barry, Sharpe James & Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick & many others, America's inner cities / urban centers of poverty have gotten a very raw deal, from unethical and corrupt lying mayors.

    Sad.

Gosh, Megan, that's a very selective list. Racist, much?

Just think, Megan, if we gave black leaders more power, maybe they could give as raw as deal as Bush has dealt us in these last seven years.

How do you feel about our $9 trillion U.S. debt?

Now THAT's a raw deal, and you can't go around blaming black leaders for it, Megan.
