Nap Strategies

What's so wrong with napping at work? Today we kick off an interactive project to see if our listener's can get a bit more sleep during the day. We also discuss the benefits of napping with Janet Rhew of Metronaps and Camille Anthony of The Napping Company.

Group Project: When Do You Make the Time To Nap? The Brian Lehrer show wants you to get more sleep! Over the next week or so, experiment with different strategies to sneak in that extra bit of rest during the day. Do you take a longer lunch? Ask your boss for permission? Hide under your desk?
