Are the kids on the program part of the radio union and are they paid union wages?

What delightful young people! So articulate about their ambitions and their heartbreaks and trials which wonderfully humanises them. Keep on keeping on! Jordan, you sound like a young Imhotep Byrd. Check him out on 99.5 FM 7 PM tonight.

Far too often we hear the stories of young people’s lives through the eyes of adults. It is so important that these young people are able to have an opportunity to tell their own experience in their own voice, unfiltered and real….props to WNYC and Radio rookies for providing this inspiring opportunity.
