    Here we go again

Huckabee talking about all the investment we have to do, with permanent lower taxes, and the first thing out of his mouth is "roads". Like we really need more roads in this country? He didn't mention alternative transportation, efficiency in drug discovery, all the things that really do waste our money. Totally agree about 'rendering the middle east increasingly irrelevant'. Biofuels from US agricultural lands are not the efficient one. Corn is not the right source for biofuel, but that is where we have farmers, and lobbyists, and farm subsidies. That Federal tax thing really kills me. They're going down, the Fed deficit continues to goes up, dollar goes down as a result, and municipalities and states all over are raising taxes, and inventing even more taxes (user fees for highways), and 'casinos' because they are all desperate for money too. We need to be further out of the box than this guy.
