    I try never to drink Coors or miller or Budweiser for that matter. American corporate beer has no flavor and are as exciting as water. mostly drink euro beers and mainly german beers.

    Wow....stating the fact that the Coors family is connected to the far-right and anti-semitism is apparently "offensive" to NPR...what did they give NPR money during the drive?

    Offensive? Look it up, it's a known fact.

    A few years ago, scholars and brewers got together to make limited editions of beers from both ancient Mesopotamia and ancient Egypt -- based on recipes and archaeological evidence. These beers were never offered commercially. Will they ever be, perhaps by one of these American micro-breweries?

    Coor= owned by fascists

    "Joseph Coors co-founded the Heritage Foundation in 1973. Since that time, heritage has been a leading challenger of Civil Rights, affirmative action and arms control, to name a few issues."

    "They financed the first legal challenge to Affirmative Action in 1990, and William Coors actively campaigned against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Even in it's early years Adolph Coors allowed company land to be used for KKK meetings and cross-burnings. This demonstrates the pervasiveness of radically conservative thought throughout the Coors family."

    "The national boycott of Coors has, by hurting salesover the years, forcedCoors to make changes and donate to various women's, civil rights and gay and lesbian groups. But it is still a right wing company corporation that supports awful groups and stands for beliefs that degrade society as a whole."

    excerpts from "Don't Drink Coors" an article in The Idealistic Nation a Princeton paper by Dylan Fitz in 2005

    Interesting that my criticism of an extreme far-right company was removed from the NPR comments page...why? Because I called them fascists? Their politics are on the fascistic side? because I said they were racist? Their racism is well documented....

    so...where's my apology? where's the re-post

    Do some research next time before you remove postings, thank you very much!
