Oh I hate pledge week, come on people pony up that money so we can get through it.

Mr. De Palma's film "redacted" is a DISGRACE. After viewing the PBS Ken Burns produced documentary "The War" in which numerous times soldiers recounted a take no prisoner rule of thumb (they killed all enemy). No wonder FDR censured the media! War is hell and the victor is the side that kills and intimidates the other into submission. I think the example of a post nuked Japan proves my point! The greatest generation had it right, kill or be killed and the hell with the press! Our military is the most compassionate and careful of all time. Why does the press take isolated incidents blow them out of proportion and condemn our brave military and aid the enemy?
I think one reason that many of these Iraq movies are not catching on is that many of the movies are "preaching to the choir". People have picked their sides and are not going to budge. I am tired of hearing about how wrong the war has gone, I knew that three years ago.
