    Bush's certainty--albeit contrary to the facts--about issues (Rumsfeld, Gonzales, etc.) sounds like the blind faith strong religious convictions foment. Bin Laden also believes in his actions as do suicide bombers based on religious convictions.

    Makes a strong case why there must be aboslute separation of church and state since we all hold different religous beliefs--but the state is supposed to exist for the benefit of all people.

    Would you ask Mr. Draper if he agrees with Todd Purdum's essay in Vanity Fair which argues that Bush's closed administration was further reinforced by the "the physical bunker of an electronically sealed, sniper-patrolled White House, which restricts his access to old friends and new ideas, can lead to psychological isolation".

    I think Bush's certainty and isolation reflect far more sinister goings-on...
