According to Trudy Rubin of The Philadelphia Inquirer, who has spoken with some of the Anbar Sheikhs, "their main concern is to be treated fairly by the Shiites in power. Some (not all) Sunni tribal leaders are beginning to accept that Sunnis can no longer control the country, but they want a fair share of Iraq's resources." Does Mr. Ghosh have any contradictory information or a reason that that is meaningless?

What I want to know is if things go to hell in Iraq. What is the plan to stablize the region afterwards?
