    Cost to Whom?

    The insurance company UnitedHealthcare wants to start rating New York doctors according to quality and cost, but New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo and others think it’s really a scheme to steer us to the doctors who make them money, not inform us about the best. We’ll take a closer look.
