As usual the Palestinian narrative is excluded by your guest. Too bad Truman didn't have a Palestinian friend who would have stopped the Nakba (Catastrophe). Courage is not the right word. Racism is more like it. (Too Jews and Arabs alike it seems.)

A new book by an Israeli historian, Ilan Pappe, titled "The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine" shows why Israeli actions in the so-called "war of independence" and Truman's support of them were anything but courageous.
