Emily Rosenbaum, professor of sociology at Fordham University and Samantha Friedman, assistant professor of sociology at Northeastern University discuss their new book, The Housing Divide: How Generations of Immigrants Fare in New York's Housing Market (NYU Press, 2007), which uses housing data to determine how New York has accommodated immigrants over the years.
