Mitchell Levitz, disabilities specialist for the Westchester Institute for Human Development, and Jason Kingsley, television actor, are the co-authors of Count Us In: Growing Up with Down Syndrome (Harvest/Harcourt, 2007). They talk about living with Down Syndrome. Emily Kingsley, Jason's mother, joins in.

    RE: Your guest's comment that "parents of children with Downs are more likely to stay married" is what's called attributional bias. Isn't it more likely that the types of parents who are less likely to get divorced - are also less likely to terminate a pregnancy?
