In a televised debate yesterday, Democratic challenger Fernando Ferrer sought to link Mayor Bloomberg, a Republican, to President Bush, who is unpopular in New York. But many dyed-in-the-wool Republicans say Bloomberg, a former registered Democrat, is a “Republican in Name Only”, a RINO.
