  • Courting Candidates

    Prior to this summer there hadn’t been a nomination to the Supreme Court for more than 10 years. Now the White House is gearing up to announce their third candidate for the court in just four months. NPR Legal affairs correspondent, Nina Totenberg, is still on the court beat 15 years after breaking the Anita Hill story that almost scuttled the nomination of Clarence Thomas. She talks about the demise of Harriet Miers’ nomination and the latest on the Valerie Plame investigation.
