    Saturday marks the debut of the "new" SAT exam with its essay requirement. Veteran SAT tutor and author of the forthcoming "Zen in the Art of the SAT," Matt Bardin, recommends using the exam as a chance to learn how to think and stay focused when under pressure throughout life, not just during the exam.
