The Bloomberg administration and the city’s teachers are back at the bargaining table after an arbitration panel suggested teachers get an 11.4% raise in exchange for giving up some perks. Since 2003, the teachers have been without a contract, and Fernando Ferrer says the Mayor could treat them better.
