Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes returned, accompanied by Deanna Rodriguez, chief of the Brooklyn Gang Bureau, to respond to Bob Herbert's column about the teenagers arrested in Bushwick on May 21st, 2007, to talk about gang activity in Brooklyn, and explain their COMAlert program for prisoner re-entry.
