Sun Scream

If you've used our recent good weather to pay an early visit to the beach this year, maybe you've already suffered the wrath of the sun's rays. Well if you think it's okay to bare your skin with sunscreen on, think again. Many of the top sunscreen brands do not offer enough protection, according to a study just out today. The Environmental Working Group has carried out what it calls the first ever safety database of name-brand sun creams and it puts some products by Neutrogena and Coppertone on its 'avoid' list, while cautioning against others. One of the well-known brands it recommends? 'Blue Lizard Australian suncream.' Well, the Australians probably know a thing or two about the sun.
