Full Disclosure

At the end of last year, The NYT's Kurt Eichenwald brought us the story of Justin Berry. He was the teenager who made money by performing sexual acts online, and Eichenwald exposed Berry to the world, along with some of the perils of bedroom internet access. The story struck a chord with millions of net users and his case brought a raft of indictments to boot. As the story progressed, Eichenwald's byline was not on the follow-up articles, presumably because he became a part of the story himself. In fact a few months ago he was even called to testify before Congress along with Berry. So has it been long enough for Eichenwald to return to his reportorial duties on this? Or is he still too much a part of the story? Sounds like something Slate's Jack Shafer might tackle.
