don't understand how in this day and age of technology we are without contingency plans on this and other fronts. have we already become so overly dependent on technology that we don't ever plan to be without it?
My voting place has changed in Park Slope — an area _not_ hard hit. (Gowanus Canal and Red Hook were hard hit.)
How many voting places are also evacuation centers and are thus seeing changes in polling location?
how can an election be considered legitimate if it's held tomorrow? especially on the local level. a huge % of the local electorate not only doesn't have access to voting stations but it's the lst thing on their minds right now. people are barely surviving in so many regions of the tri-state area. election day needs to be postponed.
