Citezen's United was nothing but a garbage decision by an activist court. i find it interesting (read: the height of hypocrisy) that the right-wing, who go on and on about "activist judges" say nothing about the clearly activist judges on the Supreme Court who made such a laughable decision like Citizens United.
The right-wing radical activist controlled court has made a mockery of the system and the institution.
Tying in to AG Schneiderman's segment- when the public on the left, the right (at least the anti-corporate welfare Tea Party types), and moderates down the middle all think that Citizens United is a horrible law, the court can't ignore it. Why doesn't Congress pass a law that basically overturns Citizens United and let it go straight back to the court if they want to review it again? Citizens United is a travesty and undermines democracy as we know it
