David McFadden, an Associated Press reporter based in Kingston, Jamaica, will be discussing the Jamaican elections which took place last week.
Mr. McFadden said at his opening that Jamaicans tend to vote by personality of the candidate; implying that the issues are not important to them. Each Jamaican caller spoke to an important issue.
