Here are the facts: 1) Ye Shiwen was CLEARED by the Olympic committee of any doping - Totally Clean. 2) She was 23 seconds slower than Lochte, only her last 50m were faster because she sped up and Lochte slowed down. 3) Ian Thorpe took 5 sec off his time in the 400m freestyle from aged 15 to 16, Adrian Moorhouse was four seconds faster at 17 in the 200m breaststroke
