This is...silly and naive -- which we don't have time for. Transparency will NOT come from any politician. It will only come from citizens who figure out how to keep politicians accountable.

Cuomo is clearly taking his lead from Obama, who has outdone George W. Bush with his obsessive secrecy.

Such attacks on openness — by Cuomo or Obama or any other — is a direct attack on democracy.
