President Obama gave a major speech on immigration policy yesterday, once again arguing that the broken system needs fixing now. Victoria DeFrancesco Soto, professor of political science at Northwestern University, discusses what’s on the president’s agenda, and what he’s actually already accomplished.

This interview was an amazingly hostile approach by Lehrer to try to get Dr. Soto to portray the president negatively regarding this issue, thinly disguised as an "interview". Basically every question by Lehrer was saying "Is the president lying?" to anything that the public may consider productive, and trying to install in the listeners who listens sound bites (which Lehrer provided) that the president was unpopular all around. This is not a professional behavior.
