Let's just hope that Justice Scalia is never asked to deal with a case relating to bullying.
This is a surprising, but important victory for the first amendment. I didn't think the Supreme Court did that anymore.
As for campaign finance, I didn't think they could do any more damage after Citizens United, but they found a way. This is America in the 21st Century - you're entitled to all the rights you are rich enough to buy.
If the SCOTUS says it's OK to sell violent games to minors, then I suppose they wouldn't object to pornography sales to minors? ?
so if there is a nude decapitated body, kids should only be able to see the head. or does the gore make the nudity okay? i mean, violence solves all problems, amirite?
Since money is speech, and corporations are people, why are biologically human people even necessary on our planet?
so can minors now buy tickets to rated R movies. i don't see a difference.
