I love Mike, but want to bitch about a word he used (over and over) in this piece:

It's "restaurateur" (listen to Felix), not "restauranteur". Better yet, say "restaurant owner" or "restaurant manager".

Many "reviews" and ratings are now skewed by "reputation" firms that hire people to write positive reviews, or negative reviews for competitors.
