irony is this ... that very big call was from the former president... remember his address where he mentioned steroids in baseball and we were all huhhh... not sure how many people really care...anyway he ended getting his fellow texan and good buddy in hotwater over this ordeal... i pitched in college and i idealized rocket even though i was a yankee fan... steroids sucks... my older brother should be in the big leagues - he never used steroids... while young guys used steroids to get an edge and old guys in the majors that should'e retired used steroids to keep their edge... even still, congress should've been focusing on wall street during that time rather than MLB...
. "All these trials about steroids" -- if you mean this, and the recent Barry Bonds trial-- these were not about steroids, they were about <i>lying to the government</i>. The government gets a little touchy about this.
