Not to be a downer, but why should Attorney General Cuomo be applauded for handing over the investigation of the governor. Isn't that simply the rule, legally and/or ethically? Though I gladly will vote for Mr. Cuomo if he decides to run, I also don't think state officials should be given kudos for just doing their job.

I've heard enough. This guy is hem and hawing his way through this interview. He will do absolutely nothing with the Lehman report. Nice to see Brian press him on that point.
